Worship Arts Minister
We use contemporary worship led by a band. The musical style we aim for is in the line of a David Crowder/Hillsong/Phil Wickham blend. Familiarity with Ableton Live is a plus. We are free to express worship in a way that exalts God and energizes His people. This person will work directly with the lead minister in the development of the worship setting and experience.
We are looking for a leader who is in love with the Lord and everything in life and worship flows from that relationship. Worship leading then becomes an extension and expression of the worshipping life.
We are seeking a leader with relational strength and organizational abilities. The person needs to be skilled in critical thinking and long term planning. And above all else he must be a strong team player and be able to assemble and work through the team approach.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead the worship team and worship service each week.
- Oversee the development of all aspects of worship and the arts.
- Develop media that enlarges the worship experience.
- Occasionally teach in the worship setting in the absence of the lead minister.
